The hotel had a fresh and vibrant atmosphere, and my King Room was spacious and comfortable with modern amenities. However, I did notice that certain areas could use more attention in terms of cleanliness, particularly in the hallways. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there is room for improvement.

I loved how easy it was to get to the nearby Natick Mall and the International Museum of World War II, which were just a short drive away, making my city strolls super enjoyable during my stay.

The spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was bright and recently refurbished, providing a comfortable stay. The continental breakfast was excellent, featuring a good variety of foods, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The pool was an enjoyable experience for the kids, with a lifeguard ensuring safety. On the downside, the hallways felt dark and had a funky smell, which detracted from the overall ambiance. Additionally, the front desk staff could use more warmth in their interactions.

The pool area was a fantastic amenity that kept our boys entertained. I appreciated the outside lounge area, which had potential for relaxation although it was chilly during our visit.
