A Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff

We enjoyed a spacious King Room, perfect for our needs. The hotel was vibrant with a cute atmosphere. Especially their help with local dining recommendations. Make sure to try the delicious pub food in the bar area!

It was clean with excellent customer service. The food was great and the staff were friendly. The location of the hotel was marvellous, in the Boston area. I tried some drinks at bar Tgi Fridays, located 15 minutes walk away.

Modern and Spacious Room, but Lacking Cleanliness

The hotel had a fresh and vibrant atmosphere, and my King Room was spacious and comfortable with modern amenities. I did notice that certain areas could use more attention in terms of cleanliness, particularly in the hallways. It was a pleasant stay, but there is room for improvement.

Perfect for resting. The very nice waitresses on the floor. Very clean for everything we've seen.

The receptionist didn't try to speak more slowly to understand him.

I loved how easy it was to get to the nearby Natick Mall and the International Museum of World War II, just a short drive away, making my city strolls super enjoyable .

Got it for a cheap price, was still ok for one night.

Entire hotel is pretty shabby .. Very noisy, pack earplugs !. Highway is therefore noisy in the immediate vicinity at night

The spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was bright and recently refurbished. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of foods, and the staff were attentive. The pool was an enjoyable experience for the kids, with a lifeguard ensuring safety. On the downside, the hallways felt dark and had a funky smell, which detracted from the overall ambiance. The front desk staff could use more warmth in their interactions.

The stay here was EXCELLENT, loved the hotel, it was clean with easy location so close to several stations, and restaurant. The staff were really helpful and provided an excellent service.

The hotel is modern and vibrant. I loved the clean amenities and spacious King Room. The staff was great. Nice pub food and a good drink selection made dining enjoyable. Great shower pressure too 😊

enjoyable stay with room for improvement

The modern design of the hotel is excellent and creates a vibrant atmosphere. I particularly loved the spacious layout of our room. The pool area was a fantastic amenity that kept our boys entertained. I appreciated the outside lounge area with potential for relaxation although it was chilly .

The outdoor lounge area would have been more enjoyable with better heating options.
